A journey’s allowance depends on the vehicle and annual total. Rouliva keeps that history so each month is not calculated in isolation.
Start with the real annual mileage
Enter business kilometres completed since 1 January before joining Rouliva to place subsequent journeys at the correct annual point.
Recalculate chronologically
Changing the opening value recalculates later journeys in date order using the vehicle and configured tiers applicable at that time.
Handle a vehicle change
A change date assigns each journey to the correct vehicle, fiscal power and separate mileage history.
Example: joining during the year
A self-employed professional starts on 1 August after already driving 16,000 business kilometres since January.
- They enter 16,000 km as opening history.
- August and September journeys follow that total.
- Amounts are recalculated chronologically by vehicle.
Late-year mileage is not incorrectly treated as the first kilometres of the year.
