Do electric cars have a different mileage rate?

France’s tax scale provides a 20% uplift for fully electric vehicles. Hybrids do not qualify. Charging and battery rental are already included, so do not add them again. Use the published electric-vehicle coefficients to preserve the scale’s rounding.
