Can tolls be added to mileage claims?

A toll can be reimbursed separately if it relates to the assignment and is not already included in the mileage method. Retain the receipt and trip link. Do not add a company-paid toll to the driver’s repayment.

Can parking be added to mileage claims?

Business parking can be handled separately when it is not included in the mileage rate. Retain the receipt, place and date. Fines are not parking charges and should be recorded separately.
